What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available on Saturdays from 13:00. Please let us know about any arrival or departure requirements or delays.
Check-out is by 09:00 on the day of departure.
Are the prices per person or per apartment?
The prices in the rates section are per apartment, per night.
How can I confirm a booking?
A booking is confirmed once a deposit of 30% of the total amount has been paid by bank transfer, unless special arrangements apply.
Do you accept credit or debit cards?
We are currently unable to accept credit or debit card payments.
Can I book if I am under 18?
You must be an adult to book an apartment. Guests under 18 may therefore only stay when accompanied by an adult.
Are the apartments accessible to guests with disabilities?
Unfortunately, not all apartments are accessible, as some are not on the ground floor. Although spacious, the ground-floor apartments are not equipped for guests with disabilities.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, we do not accept pets.
Can I smoke in the room?
All rooms are non-smoking. Depending on the room type, you may use the balcony, garden or furnished terrace.
